PADI Instructor Development Course (IDC) trains you to take the Instructor Examination (IE) and be a PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI) who may conduct the entire range of PADI programs.
For the ones certified Divemaster, you can join directly our IDC Program in our Dive Center in Bali ! If you are not, you can still join our team and take the time you need to pass missing prerequisites and become PADI Instructor. And if you have no experience at all, your dream is always achievable with our zero to hero program to become a real diving Instructor in only 7 months !

WHATS IS IDC ?
The PADI Instructor Development Course is a complex and comprehensive program that prepares you for your work as the world's most sought-after scuba professional, a PADI Instructor ! It is an intensive and fun program that is a truly life-changing experience for most candidates.

Here is a brief summary of what you will do during our 15-days PADI IDC program in Bali :

Actively participate during presentations given by our Course Director Guy Faisnel and our staff on the various aspects of working as an instructor.

Find out about the philosophy of each PADI course and program, and information about how to teach them.

Practice your demonstration skills in confined water and earn a certain number of points.

Once we have provided you all the knowledge and tools you need to teach effectively, you will have to give teaching presentations in the classroom, confined water and open water, and earn a certain number of points in each area.

Pass a Diving Theory Exam after checking your familiarity with the Instructor Manual.

Perform a role model demonstration of Rescue Exercise #7 - Unconscious Diver at the Surface.

Complete an 800 meters non-stop swim to demonstrate that you have the stamina expected from an instructor.

Participate in a number of exciting and high value workshops that will help you start your work as a new instructor as well as give you a better chance to find a job wherever you travel in the world.
